Info registration

For your registration there are 2 steps, first you need to sign up with indico (if you don't already have an account) and secondly you'll need to fill in the registration form.

Please note that your registration is complete only after full payment. Early bird registration is only valid if payment is received before July 1st 2015. There will be no refund of the registration fee. Payment options are listed below.

The 3 registration options (includes also 5 lunches and the conference dinner) are

• ESR registration: 150 EUR  (for people with a PhD date not older then 8 years)
• Early bird registration: 200 EUR (payment before the 1st of July)
• Normal registration:  300 EUR

There can be extras for

• student residence: 175 eur (including breakfast)
• rent a bike : 25 euro.

We will select participants, registered before July 1, for presenting a poster, which will be announced in a gong show (5 min), and for short talks of 15 min. During the registration you can apply for these opportunities (Early stage researchers are particularly encouraged).



Payment by credit card After registration a link will be available. Please also mention the name of the person you are paying the fee for.
